To ensure the highest quality of service for all our clients, a valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.
No-Show & Late Cancellation: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will be subject to a CA$40.00 fee charged to the card on file.
No charges will be made at the time of booking; the card is only held for protection against late cancellations and no-shows.
Refill Policy
No Foreign Refills
We do not offer refills on lashes applied by other salons to maintain our quality standards. A new set is required for first-time clients with existing lashes.
Complimentary Removal
For clients booking a Full New Set, lash removal of your previous set is free of charge.
Refill Timing
- Standard Refill: Within 2 weeks (14 days) of your last appointment.
- Extended Refill: Between 2 to 3 weeks — an additional CA$5.00–$10.00 fee will be applied depending on lash condition.
- Over 3 Weeks: Appointments after 3 weeks will be considered a Full New Set.

Why choose LED lash extensions?
LED technology cures the adhesive instantly during application, helping create a clean, consistent bond and potentially improving retention for many clients.
Can I get my lashes wet right away?
Yes. There is no 24-hour waiting period after your LED lash appointment.
Is the LED light safe?
Our professional LED curing system is designed specifically for eyelash extension applications. During the service, your eyes remain gently closed while protective under-eye pads help minimize light exposure. The LED light is applied only briefly during each lash attachment.
Is LED suitable for sensitive eyes?
Some clients with sensitive eyes find LED lash extensions more comfortable because the adhesive is cured immediately, which may reduce lingering fume exposure during application.
How is the LED light used?
During the service, please keep your eyes comfortably closed. Protective under-eye pads and upper protective eye pads are used to help minimize light exposure during the procedure. The LED curing light is briefly applied for approximately 1–2 seconds to each lash attachment, while your lash artist wears professional protective eyewear throughout the service.

Every appointment begins with a personalized consultation — we analyze your unique eye anatomy, lid structure, and natural lash condition to craft a bespoke design that enhances your individual features.
Using premium Korean materials, we offer custom color matching with shades including Rich Brown and Deep Black — carefully selected to complement your hair color and skin tone for the most natural, seamless result.
