If your own lashes are very fine or recovering from a previous set, say so when you book. Sometimes the right answer is a lighter set, and sometimes it is a lash lift instead.
How It Is Done
What happens at your appointment
We start by talking. Eye shape, lid space, how much of your natural lash there is to work with, and what you actually want people to notice. From there I map the set — lengths and curls placed section by section, so the shape suits your face instead of fighting it.
Then it is quiet work. Each extension is isolated on a single natural lash and set with a controlled amount of adhesive. Isolation is the part that decides whether a set lasts three weeks or falls out in one, so it is not rushed.
Before you leave I go through aftercare: no eye makeup for 24 hours on traditional adhesive, keep oil away from the lash line, brush them, and do not pick. Clients who follow those four things get noticeably better retention.
Compared With
Extensions, LED or a lash lift
Traditional extensions give you length and density you do not have. Refills every two to three weeks.
LED lash extensions are the same styles, applied with adhesive cured instantly by light. No 24-hour wait before water, and many clients get better retention. Add LED to any full set for CA$10.
A lash lift adds no length at all. It curls the lashes you already have and lasts six to eight weeks with nothing to maintain. If you have decent natural length and just want it opened up, this is often the better choice.

Questions clients ask
How long do eyelash extensions last?
Extensions shed with your own lashes, so most clients come back every two to three weeks for a refill. Within 14 days of your last visit it is a standard refill; between two and three weeks there is a small additional charge depending on lash condition; after three weeks it becomes a new set.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when the weight is matched to your own lash and each extension is isolated properly. Every set here starts with looking at what your natural lashes can carry. If a style would be too heavy for you, I will say so and suggest something that will still give you the look you are after.
How long does the appointment take?
Between 1 hour 20 minutes and 2 hours depending on the set. Your eyes stay closed the whole time and most people fall asleep.
Do you refill lashes applied somewhere else?
No. To keep quality consistent I do not refill another salon's work — first-time clients with existing extensions need a new set. Removal of your old set is free when you book a full new set.
What should I do before my appointment?
Come with clean lashes and no eye makeup, no oil-based products, and no curling. If you are a contact lens wearer, bring your case.
Can I get extensions if I have sensitive eyes?
Often yes. A lash glue test is available for CA$15, and LED lash extensions cure the adhesive instantly, which some sensitive clients find more comfortable. Tell me about any past reaction before you book.
