LED Lash Extensions in Burnaby
Light-cured adhesive instead of air-cured glue. The bond is finished before you stand up, so there is no 24-hour wait and retention is usually stronger. Available on every lash style at the Crystal Mall studio in Burnaby.

How It Works
Why curing matters
A traditional lash adhesive cures by pulling moisture out of the air. That means the bond depends on the humidity and temperature of the room, and it keeps hardening for roughly a day after you leave — which is why clients are told to avoid water and steam for 24 hours.
An LED adhesive cures on demand. A narrow professional light is held at each attachment for one to two seconds and the bond is finished on the spot. Nothing is left to the weather, and nothing is still setting while you sleep on your side.
The lashes themselves are the same premium extensions used in every set here. The technique, the mapping and the isolation do not change. Only the chemistry of the bond does.

LED Lash FAQ
Questions, answered
What are LED lash extensions?
They are ordinary lash extension styles applied with a light-cured adhesive. Traditional glue needs air moisture and around 24 hours to finish curing. An LED adhesive is cured in one to two seconds by a professional light held briefly at each attachment, so the bond is finished before you leave.
Can I shower or swim the same day?
Yes. There is no 24-hour waiting period, which is the main reason clients switch. You can work out, shower or get caught in Vancouver rain on the way home.
Does LED give better retention?
For many clients, yes. A bond cured under controlled light is more consistent than one that depends on the humidity in the room. Retention still depends on your natural lash cycle and aftercare, so it is an improvement rather than a guarantee.
Is the LED light safe for my eyes?
The curing system is made specifically for lash work. Your eyes stay closed, protective pads shield the lower and upper lid area, and the light is applied only for one to two seconds per attachment while I wear professional protective eyewear.
Is LED suitable for sensitive eyes?
Some clients with sensitive eyes find it more comfortable because the adhesive stops off-gassing sooner. It is not a treatment for an adhesive allergy. If you have reacted before, contact me for a consultation and a glue test before booking.
How much does it cost?
LED is an upgrade on any full lash extension set for CA$10. Sets themselves start at CA$129, so an LED classic set is CA$139.
